"Clean room, nice staff."

"Great location just by the MRT Central station. Staff very attentive, room very spacious, clean and comfortable but the real standout was the breakfast that both we and our kids loved - great variety, very tasty and served in their Le Thè restaurant, which offers unique atmosphere. This time we couldn’t get to try their highly praised 3-Michelin star Palais restaurant, but this came hugely recommended by our friends too. All in all, great stay and highly recommended for families with kids. "

"our room was clean, with a nice view of the cinema park and road behind the building. the location is good too, at the very edge of ximending, so it's quiet and calm. however, the room was quite small and doesn't really have any space to store any luggage, and (this seems to be a common theme across taiwanese hotels) very awkward places to hang towels."

"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"

"They clean our room everyday and staff were courteous. Breakfast buffet is delicious they used to modify some of their viands everyday. In terms of location I think is superb very accessible to shops, restaurants and MTR since its located in Ximending."
