"Hôtel luxueux situé sur les hauteurs de Tirana, au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, literie de bonne qualité, salle de bain magnifique avec sa faïence décorée. Il y a une très belle piscine extérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée), et le prix défit toute concurrence. Nous repartions le lendemain matin a 4h30 pour reprendre l'avion, et nous avons été agréablement surprises de trouver un petit mot très gentil pour nous sur le comptoir. "We absolutely LOVED this hotel. If you are wanting a great spa and massages, awesome staff and a comfortable stay, this place has it all. It's also conveniently located right across the bus terminal which makes it so easy to catch a bus to a surrounding town like Durres."

"Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this caliber would not have properly staffed for a party that was surely booked with plenty of advanced notice. Sorry to complain, but I wanted our last night on vacation to be special and the hotel should be staffed so that all reasonable requests can be accommodated, not just the party."

"Needed a place to stay after a late flight into Tirana airport, and this fit the bill perfectly. Can see it from the airport exit, late check-in available and the room was spotless. We arrived late for breakfast the following morning as they were closing up, but what was available was enough to fuel us for a drive to the coast."

"I was looking for a simple no frills hotel and the Allure fit the bill perfectly. The room was clean and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't really trouble the reception or cleaning staff during my stay, but was always greeted with a friendly smile whenever we did interact. The reception team spoke excellent English and dealt with my check-in, check-out and taxi request efficiently. The location of the hotel is very convenient for cafes and restaurants and I was able to find all my meals,change currency, replace my phone charger, get a haircut and buy sunscreen within a 5-10 minute walk."

"The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. Tea, 500 ml, and coffee is complimentary available in the room."
