"Great location for wandering around Heraklion and close to the harbour and bus station and walking distance to the archaeological museum and centre. Nice clean room with view over the harbour from a very small balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout. Disappointed not to be able to get the table we wanted first night for dining and second night when we did dine there was a group of 25 Americans which spoilt the atmosphere. View from the restaurant was very good but book early and get a table overlooking the harbour. Dining menu was a bit disappointing and limited but the food was ok. Breakfast dining area was frankly below par, crowded and soulless otherwise it did the job. Not sure why this is a 4*?"

"We stayed at the hotel for one night after arriving on a late flight. A taxi from the airport after midnight cost €20. We had a warm welcome in reception on arrival. The room was very clean, quiet and a balcony with a side sea view. The breakfast was served in a top floor room with amazing views of the harbour. The hotel location is excellent as close to the harbour, main shopping area and the bus station. The hotel is excellent value for money for a short stay. I would return again if in Heraklion."
