Staff are good, location great.
Elevators not always working, key cards need updating everyday.
Room was not so clean, under bead had not been cleaned for a long time. Other people socks and piece of fruit.
Small bugs in shower, windows look out to a wall and airconditioners.
Breakfast is really good.

Not great! Couldn't use the kitchen sink (had some unexplained work being done on it), the hair dryer didn't work properly, the toilet didn't flush properly....not good value for money and I wouldn't recommend!
