"The room I ended up in was very clean & comfortable. The first room assigned to me did not have any sort of closet or place to hang clothes. Before unpacking I went to the front desk to inquire about this only to find out that this is the norm for their standard rooms. I am beyond baffled! For this trip that was not going to be acceptable. The front desk clerk was very kind & understanding & was able to move me to a room that had a closet. I still can’t wrap my mind around the thought of a very nice hotel not having accommodations to hang clothes. This just doesn’t make any sense! Please reconsider the needs of your travelers & include a closet or rack to hang clothes in every room."
