"Our rooms were incredibly spacious and way more than we expected! The beds were super comfortable, the showers were nice and warm, and we had a blast! The staff was incredibly nice and it was super easy to check in."

"Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but not very helpful. This experience was so terrible we just canceled/checked out and went to a different hotel, was immensely disappointed and very confused about all these positive reviews. When we checked into the other hotel the clerk mentioned they had stayed there when they first moved to town and suffered from bed bugs and also had to check out early."

The host sent 2 links the day we were supposed to check in which I was not able to open. Her response to any inquiries was days later. I asked if we could be refunded but she said I would need to contact VRBO. Will we get a refund?"
