This is a nice hotel. The front desk staff personnel were friendly and professional. The room was nicely done and clean and breakfast was good and varied. Right across the road is the Springfield Mall, with pleanty of eating and shopping options.

The place was okay. My room was clean and my bed very comfortable. There is no possibility to leave your luggage’s at the front desk after checking out of the hotel when you have a late flight. Be aware.

The staff didn’t really interact beyond picking their head up and a small hello when I went by. The hotel rooms are loud. You can hear the people next to you very easily and the ac/heat unit turning on can wake you out of a dead sleep. Breakfast was standard and had a clean area.
