My girlfriend and I stayed one night. It's a quaint and charming old Inn. Everything was great and self service. Symptoms and bathroom were clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely go there again.
Clean, good sized room. I could not figure out the TV so I did not watch it which was fine. Very good clear check in instructions and friendly and welcoming remotely. Foam mattress was comfortable. Bathroom sink faucet leaked.
It suited my needs for a night being clean, comfortable, no extras.
Very comfortable bed, easy instructions for entry, and overall a good stay for passing through. No bath towel in the bathroom. Window A/C unit battle with central heating to cool the room. Would have been nice to have a chair, and the blinds definitely need replaced.

The Grafton Inn is a quiet, no-fills, self- serve place to stay. For us , it’s a perfect dog friendly kinda funky respite while we visit family in the area. There’s even a little hiking path across the street behind the library.

We have a very short but nice stay when we were in town visiting our son at college in Worcester. We arrived late and did not interact with any staff, but they had sent directions to get the room key and we had no problems upon arrival. Our only minor complaint was with the condition of the bathroom, which could use some attention. The sink doesn’t drain well because the stopper is broken so it is always closed, and there is a leak in the pipe to the shower head so water sprays out on to the wall next to the shower. Other than that it is a charming place to stay.
Our stay was perfect. This is an old inn with an old feel. Some things arent brand new, but every thing was well cared for, and very clean. Check in/out was easy. The place was peaceful and very comfortable. I would stay again.
The downstairs area was mostly closed and the owners didn’t really interact with me outside of when I first arrived there, but the upstairs hallway area had this David Lynch/Silent Hill vibe to it. It was creepy in a good way, I really liked it. Even my bedroom was like that, though not as much as the hallway.
My only complaints were the lack of toothpaste and shampoo in my bathroom, but other than that, I would love to come back here a 2nd time should I ever get the opportunity to do so.

It was very cool staying in such a historic building! That plus the price and convenience made us not mind the under-construction feel. We wanted a comfortable place to spend a night that wouldn’t break the bank, and it delivered. Had we wanted a 5-star experience, we would have stayed somewhere else.
Great little Inn, very quiet and safe. Large spacious rooms.
The Inn is in dire need of a renovation, but was very comfortable.

This is a great location if you are coming to Grafton. It’s going through renovations so it is not a five star hotel - but it is clean and quiet.

it was i nice option for a place to stay when in town for an evening wedding, cool old structure with lots of charm and history directly on the town green, everything was clean and everything functioned as should.
The Grafton Common area was really sweet… We enjoyed walking around and visiting the antique shop around the corner. The checkin was easy… when we found that our key wasn’t where they said it would be, we call the number provided and they quickly rectified the situation. The hotel is needs a lot of love. everything is worn down. the entrance way has steel restaurant shelves cluttering the area. the elevator smells wet, the ceiling in the room is stained with water leaks, the wood work is dirty and chipped, the bathroom has mold growing on the ceiling and the finish on vanity and mirror are peeling off. It was inexpensive for a reason.

Spooky but pleasant
The building itself is a large, and almost spooky place. On the ground floor there is a barbershop and a restaurant, both closed, it appears that the restaurant is under construction and there was quite a bit of construction related debris inside when I looked in at the window. My room was a rickety elevator ride up to the top floor of the three story structure, followed by a walk down adark and dimly little hall.
However, the room itself was quite nice. I had two very comfortable beds (only touched one) plenty of space, three or four windows, and a very nice, if small, little bathroom. It was clean, cozy, there was even a fireplace — although there was no indication if it worked and no fuel even if it did.
Open the restaurant, put some more lighting in the halls, spruce the place up a bit and you’d have a very nice place
