Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I’d give it all zeros… the host never contacted me… couldn’t get into property… then I had to scramble and move around… it cost me sooooo much money… my last move I fell down the stairs and dislocated my shoulder… now I can’t work… VRBO refunded my money but it also cost me three times plus
