A beautiful quiet park, close to public transport. We loved our stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. Lots of dining options, shopping and walkable. Unfortunately our room was a disappointment. We were on the 16th floor. The room and the bathroom had a musty smell. We notified the front desk who said the smell was from new carpets that just got put in.

It was hard for me to stay since I was disabled. There was no help getting my suitcases to my room, and they originally told me when I was going to leave that they would have no help with that either, but somebody didn’t come up and help me which was a blessing. The area around the hotel is very interesting and most of the Customer Service. People were very nice but my room in the bathroom appeared to have some mold in the tiles. It was an older room, older hotel, and guess I should’ve expected it for what I paid.

The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a one night stay. We took the wrong train to get there so walked further than necessary. But that was our fault as it was clearly stated in the email which station to go to. The bus stop for the airport was half a block away which was very convenient. Suggest the bus if going to the airport to save money as the train is 8x the price. Downside was there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Bros Kebab was awesome! There was also no breakfast so best to stock up before you get there.

Room was ok , but had a number of burn marks (from iron) and ripped carpet. Cleanliness could be better for a 4 star hotel. Gym is cosmetic and none of the equipment works. Breakfast not up to standard of other comparitive 4 star hotels.
