The bright open-plan living space is designed for comfort and relaxation, with large windows framing beautiful sea views across Woolacombe Bay. Comfortable sofas and a modern wood burner create a cosy atmosphere year-round, while the sound bar adds an extra touch for relaxed evenings in.

Modern and well equipped, the kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher and coffee machine. The adjoining dining area offers a sociable space for meals together while enjoying the coastal outlook.

The external garage provides a useful utility space with washing machine, tumble dryer and a wet room — ideal after beach days, coastal walks or surfing. An additional fridge/freezer is also located in the rear shed.

Saunton Golf Club is also within easy reach.
