"The room was made up on arrival, however the windows were condensating in between the panes making it impossible to see out. Not much of a view but not the point. The bed was not comfortable. The Wifi was non existent, which as the TV was google TV driven meant that no TV signal was available. The towels were dirty, one had some else's eyelashes stuck to them. There was no milk supplied, although this was when requested. The room was very noisy and overall not a pleasant experience."

"Fantastic location. Right on the river walk and next to the Botanic Gardens in the CBD. Easy to access lots of restaurants and sites. Included breckfast high quality with lots of choice. Very large room with fantastic view of river and bridges Some slight maintenance issues with the room, leaking shower pan and Brocken current leads. "
