"Overall the hotel was nice and in a safe area. The room setup was ideal for family staying. You had lots of room compared to other hotels. And the beds were comfortable. I did have an issue that was not solved to my satisfaction. But other than that the hotel was a good place to stay. "

"Don’t stay here. The hotel is in a bad part of town. The rooms smelled like mold, tobacco and other substances that are illicit…The room was so dirty and disgusting as well as the whole hotel. I checked in and checked right out and want my money back. Luckily I did the deposit with cash and was able to get it back right away. DO NOT STAY HERE. Expedia you need to do better. "

"When i arrive them don't let me check in because was late ,and i was paid my reservation for 2 nights , supposedly the reservation was cancel automátically but i never get my refund back that is terrible because i can't trust anymore"

"The room was clean and it looked very nice on the inside. I'd stay here again if I needed to spend another night in Houston. While it was overall a good stay, the bed light would occasionally go off throughout the night when no one touched it. The walls were also pretty thinwhile the noise wasn't much issue, be aware of some noise if you choose to stay here."
