The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" ...

parking was close and stores were pretty close too. the walls are kind of thin there you could hear the neighbors talking from the other side. more sound proof would be nice
