"Top notch. Our host contacted us immediately while we were on our way to let us know of a storm that had come through and knocked a tree down which also knocked the power out. He was very upfront and kept us in the loop. We arrived just as the crew was finishing up and we had power. The internet was also out when we got settled in but before I could really get into depth with the issue, we had a knock at the door. Mind you this was 10:30 at night. It was the restoration crew asking about the internet. They then had it running within minutes. Weather is obviously something that no one can control, however the experience and service that was provided by the host and crew was outstanding. Thank you all."

"The staff was excellent, kind, cheerful and always ready to help. Parking lot is well lighted . There is only one elevator and 4 floors, so it does get congested for guests and cleaning crew. The room walls are thin enough to hear normal conversations from guests. Would I stay here again, yes....but only on the first floor."

"Absolutely perfect. The Host was great at each communication with the right amount of details and directions. The place at South Sauty was perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything in the trailer was neat, clean, in perfect working order and had excellent care shown for the property. Quiet, restful, peaceful, all are synonyms for this place."

"Quick and easy process.It was perfect for what I needed it for.Fishing as always …If I had one complaint - maybe the lighting outside. Unless I did something wrong - the front porch light didn’t work or the solar lights never came on. No other issues Great stay"
