"We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . It could use a little remodeling but for the price it was good. "

"We came to Fish and Frolic with our friends for a few nights with our boat and had a great weekend! There were 8 of us total and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Our hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly about our questions about the lake. It was so nice to be able to put our boat in at the private launch and keep it in their boat house. The kids also liked fishing out of the back of the boat house. We kept saying we wish we have made our stay longer. Can’t wait to come back!"
"Husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Location was close to stores, had everything we needed & many boat launches. Although we didnt have our boat this weekend, it wouldn't have been an issue. Covered boat parking with power/lights. Cabin is on a busy hwy, road noise was loud during the day. Easy to find & easy/fast communication with owners. Would rent here again but only a cabin towards the back. Glad we stayed, thanks for having us!"

"Property was as described. Views of the lake were beautiful. The House is at the end of the street so no traffic, just peaceful living… driveway is tricky in the dark with boat and trailer but once you can see, it was easy to turn it around to take to the nearest boat launch… very convenient to have the boat tied up at the boat house to jump on anytime… house had extra necessities for emergencies that was very appreciated…. Jamie was very nice and helpful during a bad storm…. and the main bedroom was very comfortable to relax and listen to the rain hitting the metal roof after a long day of fishing… the kids really enjoyed the screened in porch to relax and watch a movie without the bugs bothering them… cant say enough good things about this house.. we really enjoy this home and already planning another stay…. "
