"The property was perfect for our family. 8 adults and one infant. The beds were very comfortable and the house extremely spacious. The location was super close to a number of beautiful hikes and walking distance to Loon Mountain. We would definitely book this property again."

"The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"

"The treehouse was the perfect size for the two of us to spend a weekrnd while we hiked and explored the area. Peaceful, somewhat secluded, beautiful setting- exactly what we were looking for!"

"Great location and having access to the resort amenities was phenomenal!! Extremely responsive owner and the house had everything we needed, without question. The basement level is a little worn and the outside a bit untidy but the main floor and loft areas were perfect for our needs. Great, open, communal space and was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us!!"

"The house has LOTS of room. Good sized rooms could accommodate more than 8 people. The spacious, well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The huge dining table was perfect for eating, playing board games and spending evenings together. The large deck, outdoor furniture, and grill also gave us the option to eat outside. Location was great for our group of hikers. It was only 16 min drive to Mt. Washington. We had great time and we enjoyed our stay!"

"If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Overall, great experience. The property is close to everything, my personal favorite, 20 mins from the Flume. Some great restaurants around. The owner showed awesome hospitality. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!"

"This property was an excellent place for our group whom was touring the White Mountains on street bikes. Wonderful kitchen area that accommodated our love for cooking and we really enjoyed the screened in porch area. Stunning Master bed / bath and great rooms for the rest of our group. The layout offers a nice selection for various taste. Communication with the property owners was prompt and issues were addressed immediately. Would recommend to others."

"The place was incredibly clean, with all the extras for families to have a great getaway. There were board games for kids of all ages and puzzles too. The porch is so peaceful with an amazing view of the mountain with plenty of seats. The master bedroom had a very comfy bed. The bathroom had heated floors which was amazing for the winter time. The loft does get a little hot but the kids loved it! They had all the little things we needed for coffee and cooking which made packing for this trip...

"We had a great stay at the Lincoln House! We planned a quick getaway with two other couples ( kids too) and we had plenty of space and privacy. The adults loved the comfortable king beds. The kids loved the yard and game room! Kerin was a great host and so helpful! We can’t wait to come back this summer!!"
