"When we first walked in the lobby was nice and clean it was it looked nice but soon as we got to the hallways it smelled like somebody peed all in the hallways it was trash everywhere I mean it was nasty but we understand that the housekeeping was cleaning or whatever I guess and then soon be walking our room and turn the lights on it was crumbs and hair and and and trash everywhere on the floor the bed was never changed and then so we went to the lobby to talk to the front desk and ask him if they can come clean our room and then we went to eat we was going for about an hour and a half two hours we come back the floor still haven't been vacuumed by anything the bathroom still had soap particles in the tub all they did was tuck the sheets back in and left so we called back down to the lobby they said they call housekeeping to clean it so we packed our bags and was ready to leave but they said can we please just change your room we said okay they changed our room we go to another room it was fine but the bathroom wasn't clean we would not stay here ever again and I do not recommend that place in and housekeeping stole my perfume"

"Overall, the hotel is dirty, smelly and run down. The gentlemen on duty was very nice, and told us he put us on the 3rd floor as it had been recently renovated. It did not look like it. We checked in, put our bags in the room and went to eat. When we went back to the room, we saw that the sheets appeared stained. We went downstairs, told the man on duty we were checking out and why. He said he would let the manager know (we receivedno refund). We had to pay for another hotel, as well as an Uber to that hotel."

"I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. I also disliked the lack of communication regarding the renovations, as guests are left without water for most of the day and we weren't even informed about it at the time of booking or at check-in."

"$10 a day parking was a negative surprise, bathroom sink was clogged and took 2 days to get serviced. Most of staff was not super friendly."
