"Overall, we had a good stay at Home2 Suites in Florence, SC. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable. The bathroom could definitely use some renovation, but it was clean and functional. The complimentary breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Compared to the Home2 Suites in Hagerstown, MD, where we’ve stayed many times, the selection and quality were noticeably weaker. That said, this hotel was still far better overall than the Home2 Suites in Summersville. Our experience there was a complete disappointment, while the Florence location provided a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff. Overall, I would stay here again for an overnight stop because of the cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location."

"Room was musty smelling when we first arrived but we changed the ac setting to “dry” and that helped a lot. TV was not working at first, but Maintenance arrived promptly and was able to fix it. It just needed to be rebooted. Front desk had a printed list of local restaurants which was very helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay very much the staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end! Parking was great! My only problem would be that breakfast is not included in the stay but overall this was a really good stay for my mother and I. I would definitely book with them again"
