"Our stay was great. The house is new and amazing. The host was responsive and answered any questions we had. There a few things I would note: the living room gets very sunny and the glare of the ice on the lake made it a bit hard to stay in there. The suana and hot tub were not clean and we couldn’t use them. "

"The room was average yet clean. Small clean pool. However, the desk clerk charged my checking account when I had already paid hotels.com 355$ charge on top of prepay fee. Training required as I gave him the it# and said it is prepaid. Disappointed in the poor training that limited my spending money because he didn't do his job correctly. Hotels.com handled this well and my 355$ should be back in my account soon. "

"The room was relatively clean. There was some weird dent or hole in the mattress. In the morning, around 5:30am, (I had to take my special needs sister for a test), I tried to shower but, as much as I tried, I could not get the water to turn on. I called the desk and there was no answer. I got ready and when I went down to the desk to check out, there was no one there. I left the keys on the counter."
