"The A/C didn't work properly. There was no hot water. On a king bed there were 2 square throw pillows. There was 1 set of towels. When asked for a refund they stated it was up to the manager during the week but she doesn’t really do refunds."

"The rooms were very clean. The concierge staff was very accommodating especially Angie Koskowvich. We did not use the pool however it did look beautiful. Breakfast was expensive with a non-traditional menu. I would not recommend the breakfast. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic… You have easy walking access to all of the bars, restaurants, and activities that market Street has to offer. We have lived in the area for 20 years and we’re excited to finally spend a staycation here. Unfortunately, when we checked in, it was well after the designated check-in time and yet they had no room ready for us. The room we arrived in did not feel like an upgrade at all… It was a standard king bedroom just like every other nice hotel we have ever stayed at. Basically they took us to the laundry for $100. Then… When we return to our room after dinner, the entire floor reeked of marijuana. It was so strong that even our room felt uninhabitable. Absolutely disgusting crowd of people who stay here. Overall, we would not pay the money to stay at this hotel again. The waterway Marriott is about half a mile away and much nicer."

"The location was great for us and the bed was comfortable. This is a Wyndham Hotel and I would not want to attach my name to this hotel. It should be demolished and rebuilt. The grounds were dirty by the parking lot with garbage. Living and dead bugs in the bathroom, lots of patchy repairs to walls and ceiling. Lots of road noise to be expected but extremely loud AC that did work well in the humidity. Included “breakfast” which I was told would be toast. My brother also told me that people will rent a room there for an hour which makes me think of nefarious activities. Of course all of this information came to me after the fact. I personally will not return to this hotel. "
