Air-conditioning didnt work, bathroom floor was heated and you couldn't switch it off - both combined on a hot summers day meant we really couldn't sleep well. Asked the staff to look into the air-conditioning and they didnt do anything to help. Additionally we put up a do not disturb sign but still received a knock on the door at 9am for room cleaning. Considering we were only staying 1 night this was neither needed or relevant. Wouldn't stay again
