"I had a great stay at this hotel in Uijeongbu. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s located very close to the Uijeongbu Northern Government Complex, so the location is excellent. The staff were friendly and assisted with parking, which I really appreciated. "

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Not recommend if you plan to stay with children. Good for individual or two people staying while traveling. Parking not available on site but you can use market public parking lot #2 for overnight parking. It’s about 5 minute walk."

"침대가 너무 불편했어요. 매트에 방수패드를 깔아 놔서, 바스락 거리고 잠을 한숨도 못 잤습니다. 다른건 뭐, 그냥 하루 숙박하는데는 문제 없었구요"

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"5호선 답십리역까지가는 버스정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 광장시장, 방산시장, 종로 같은 관광지로 이동하기 편리한 곳이에요. 늦은 시간에 방문했는데, 무인으로 운영되는 시스템이라 편리했어요! 객실은 아담한 사이즈구요. 전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 특히 욕실이 청결하게 관리되어 있어서 좋았어요. 수압도 좋아서 물이 아주 잘 나왔어요. 기본으로 욕조가 있어서 반식욕 좋아하시는 분들 하시면 좋을꺼같아요~ 여름이라 잘 때 더우면 진짜 괴로운데 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 됐어요! 방안에 충전기가 안되서 연락드리니까 2층에 있는 서랍에 여분 충전기가 많이 구비되어있었습니다!!"
