We were able to visit so many places easily without needing transportation. The room was very clean and always smelled fresh after housekeeping. The entire hotel felt well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!"

"The staff at check in and breakfast were extremely helpful. The room was absolutely amazing. Definitely loved the shower. I was on the 10th floor in this stay (stayed at another Shilla location) and the view was beautiful. Especially at night. Breakfast buffet was okay considering the region and my diet. When I go back I’ll definitely be staying at one of their locations. "
