"Great location and perfect for a couple of touristy days in Seoul. My only gripe is that when I tried to buy a coffee at breakfast a member of staff literally shooed me away. He later came over to tell me it wasn’t free and I had to pay, even though I had approached the machine credit card in hand. Aside from him, everyone was delightful and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel!

"Staff were lovely, provided great recommendations for dinner. Hotel was spotless and breakfast was lovely (cooked to order). Pool was bigger than expected and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend. "
"First time staying at Lotte hotel.
It was a wonderful stay. One of the best hotel we’ve stayed in Seoul.
The room was so spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this hotel!"
"The staff is very friendly and the area is easy accessible! Transportation is easy since there's a busstop and subway station nearby. 10/10 would come again."
