"When we got there the manager said he had no record of our booking. He Demanded we pay him cash then told wotif we had not paid him wanting to be paid again. The room was large and had a double and single bed which was good for us. But no hot water. Even though advertised as having it. No towels ..."

Disappointing stay

"No hot water, no sleep from noise of neighbors all night long till early morning, No restaurant food available from menu, ran out of all items on menu, had to order al a carte rice and tofu only, very expensive, room very overrated and extremely expensive. Next time we stay at Moni, closer to Kelimutu, ..."
