    The Space:

    Woodford Beachside Escape is designed for comfort and practicality, offering everything you need for a stress-free stay.



    Bedding Configuration:



    Bedroom 1: Queen bed

    Bedroom 2: Double bed

    Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

    Living area: Pull-out lounge (suitable for 1 child only - must advise if using this as a bed so we can provide relevant linens)



    The home features a comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. With a simple, functional layout, it’s ideal for families wanting space to unwind. This space has a split system air conditioning unit.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, including a cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and more.



    The main bathroom includes a shower, bath, toilet, and vanity. For added convenience, there is a second separate toilet located in the laundry area.



    Step outside and enjoy the fresh coastal air, with space to relax after a day exploring the nearby beaches and local attractions.

    We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed.



    Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking.



    Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



    Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate hens/bucks events or schoolies bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



    Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
