Designed to comfortably accommodate families, extended families and groups of friends, Barefoot Beach House features four spacious bedrooms plus a large rumpus room, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home includes a luxurious king master suite with private ensuite, two comfortable queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with double bunks that are perfect for children. The separate rumpus room offers additional sleeping space with a king-size Koala sofa bed, making it ideal for teenagers, extra guests or larger family groups.

Outside, holiday living comes naturally. The expansive covered rear entertaining deck is the perfect place to fire up the BBQ, enjoy alfresco dining with family and friends or show your skills on the pool table/table tennis table.

The fully fenced backyard provides peace of mind for families with young children, while ample off-street parking accommodates multiple vehicles.

One of the joys of staying at Barefoot Beach House is that once you arrive, you can leave the car behind. Jones Beach is just 200metres away, and a 300metre walk to local cafés, shops, the IGA supermarket, chemist, fish and chip shop and licensed Kiama Golf Club.

Nature lovers and adventure seekers are spoilt for choice. Explore the nearby headlands overlooking the stunning Minnamurra River, enjoy fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing or beach walks, or discover the beautiful sandbars at low tide. During whale migration season, keep an eye on the horizon as whales are often spotted passing along the coastline.
