"my stay was a short one night stay - and really, shorter than that with going out to dinner with family and a very early flight the next morning. Laura at the front desk/check-in was great. i arrived very early (before 12 noon) for check-in - she was able to get me into a room quickly. took down my need for a taxi the next morning (shuttle starts at 5, but i needed a ride at 4:30). confirmed pick up later that afternoon with Brian via text message. only other connection was the bar/restaurant upon returning from dinner. only stayed a short time due to the early flight, but bar staff were great... room and bed were great also. will book again when i return to Appleton"
