"Had reserved the River facing room, plans changed and had to rebook and got a kitchenette. It was perfect. They could use a few more forks and spoons, but that’s all. Bed slept great and loved being up high watching the Ravens and woodpeckers. Like a tree house. #102 oh and the staff were all excellent!"

"The air conditioner worked and was quiet, plenty of parking, staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms have a nice view of the lake. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable and quiet. Call the manager before you arrive to make sure the manager will be in the office when you arrive."

"This was our third visit and it was a pleasure returning for our once a year group meeting place for our out of town and out of state attendees. Always great with the lake for our fishermen an the gun range for our shooters, outdoor motorcycle riding and downtown cafes and shopping."

"We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse was fresh and clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptional views and amenities. The hosts, are warm and friendly people. They thoughtfully left fresh flowers and made sure to put out water/food bowls, a nice bed, and other items for our dog. Such a touching thought. David and Nancy, thank you so much for your hospitality. It was nice to meet you both. We hope to stay again, next time we're in the area. A definite 10 out of 10!!﫶"

"The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. Thank you for great communication and a nice quick trip."
