"Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! "Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules. "I can't imagine a better place to stay. Utterly beautiful. Room was massive and comfy. The restaurant was beyond amazing. And the staff was lovely. If you happen to get stranded in a small town in Germany, this is exactly the spot you want to be in."
