"Pros: - Located at the Heart of Luton City Centre. - The hotel is very close to Luton Point Shopping Centre. Just two mins walk outside the hotel. - Cheap price with inclusive breakfast. Paid 63 pounds for 1 night for 3 people during off peak season. - Clean. Lots of towels to use. - With 24 hours free access to tea and coffee machine next to the reception. - Room windows can be open for fresh air. Cons: - Just some parts of facilities need renovating. - Even though you book for the hotel. You can’t have a free parking in their parking lot. It costs 15 pounds for 24 hours parking. Expensive than other nearby car parks."

"Magnificent old property maintained in excellent condition with peacocks roaming the grounds. Our room was lovely - high quality finishes and furnishings, very comfortable."
