Jilly on reception was an absolute bundle of joy every morning—her warmth and energy set a positive tone for the day and made me feel right at home. Laura was also wonderful; always present, always smiling, and consistently happy to help with anything I needed. They both deserve a big thumbs up for their outstanding hospitality. Breakfast each day was great, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. I also had the lovely surprise of receiving a free two-course meal after registering on the hotel’s website, as it happened to be my birthday—such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel special.
