"This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. "The Barn was extremely well equipped and finished to a high level. It was spotless throughout. Host met us on arrival and went through the property. In addition extensive notes were left. Host was next door if we needed further help. We used three of the recommended restaurants and all were very good.We would have no hesitation in recommending or booking again."

"The views were phenomenal and the church lit up at night was lovely! It’s so quiet, you can’t hear a thing! We were trying to listen for the gibbons! Two of our group had a tour down the silver mine and museum too! The cottage is in an excellent location and it really is such a beautiful cottage! It was much bigger than expected and really lovely to stay in, so comfortable and light and airy! The rooms were perfect! The room with the two single beds in would be fantastic for children, the hosts have really gone above and beyond to make sure all needs were catered for. The selection of films and puzzles was lovely to see! You can really see that a lot of thought has gone into making this place so welcoming and like a home from home."

"We had an amazing holiday thanks to Alice and her team, it was fantastic, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating when it came to our specific needs during the week. The 3 properties that we rented, Bantam, Aylesbury and Peacock were ideally situated in a private, safe courtyard for our group of 3 families. The private hot tub in Ayelsbury was an absolute boom and access to the pool was so easy from where we were all situated, it felt like we had it to ourselves. All the properties were of a very high standard equipped with everything that we needed and more. The only thing that we missed was being able to use the firepit and BBQs but that was down to national restrictions because of the dry weather. Thanks for the special memories that were made in our time at Coulscott, I would certainly recommend!"

"Strawberry cottage is in a good location to most places with lovely views. It is well equipped with everything you need for self catering accommodation and very clean. Sophie the owner greeted us upon arrival and couldnâ€™t have been more helpful. A lovely touch was the goodies and card left to welcome us and to wish us an enjoyable stay. We would recommend this cottage."
