"Check in was easy. We stayed in a building away from the water/amusement park, so that was a little disappointing as the weather was cooler. There was no coffee or facial tissues in the room. Our shower leaked and the drywall above the surround was wet. Nail polish on the sink counter and the front of the sink counter was disgusting as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom door handle was not properly installed and my son almost locked himself in the bathroom, not on purpose. Parking at our building was decent and our room was close to the exit so unloading and reloading was easy."

"Room was a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable. We love the pillow options! The outside amenities were closed, so our balcony view was of a covered pool and closed hot tub. We were unaware of a local wrestling event that packed the hotel. This may be why most breakfast choices were limited. Our room smelled of smoke. When I called the front desk to be sure we were not charged, I was told “okay”. There was no offer for a change of rooms or for a spray or anything."

"Extremely dirty room, smelled of bleach, food particles and hair on sheets, stained sheets and blankets, MOLD in bathroom. This was true of all 3 rooms here. DO NOT STAY - HEALTH HAZARD!! And I got stuck paying because I booked non refundable, even though we turned in keys and left. "

"Would not recommend this place. Sheets stained with blood. I went to lay my daughter down and pulled the blanket back and saw blood stains!!!"

"For Breakfast was waffles or cold cereals, no protein. So we left and went some where else "
