"We arrived late at night due to our late flight. Checking in thru the machine was easy, but the problem was we were assigned a room but no door lock code was given. We called the after hours contact number and he was not able to help us with providing a door code. We had to drive 25mins to another B&B hotel to get a room to stay for the night. I feel bad for the other 2 groups who has the same problem as I but they could not leave the hotel due to their early flight in the morning."

Spas were only a short walk away as well. Room was very cozy and felt like we stepped into a scene from “Beauty and the Beast.” Also loved that the room bath had tap water and the mineral water that you could use to draw your own thermal bath in your room. Shower head was a bit tricky to position so that water didn’t escape the tiny shower door while showering. Would stay here again and recommend it to others."
