Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl.

Nice room but poor service

check in at reception is only till 14:00 on saturday and the breakfast is closed at 10:00. We missed the breakfast because the Q&A says the breakfast would be till 11:00. Anyway, in the end we were not charged for breakfast, which was reasonable. The hotel needs to pay more attention to their service. The location and the room are quite good and comfortable.

Stylish and new

Everything looks brand new. Very stilish design. Spacious studio with kitchen unit, comfortable arm chair, small balcony, nice shower. 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Communication prior to arrival in stark contrast as opening times differ vastly from check-in times stated on hotel.com and including in the email ("your upcoming stay") the day prior to arrival (check from 4 pm onwards ...). I received a message early morning the day of arrival with current opening times i.e., only untl 2 pm on Saturdays, that check-in would be self-service outside opening times, and that proof of vaccination etc. would be required prior to arrival. Providing proof of vaccination is not an issue at all but this is normally done at arrival at a venue. Instead, I was asked to send proof via unsecured email (data protection?) prior to arrival. What followed followed was a very unpleasant exchange with a member of staff. Luckily I was able to change my travel plans and thus arrive before 2 pm ie was able to show proof of vaccination at arrival. If these are the regulations that the hotel has, they should be stated on hotel.com and on the hotel's own website. Check in was with another member of staff, and that was absolutely fine. A sign outside the hotel btw stated different opening times than those I received in that early morning message, and the day of departure a member of staff was on site way beyond the time stated in that message, and equally way beyond that on the sign outside the hotel.

Fräsht och modern, frukost sådär.

Fint fräsht hotell. Bra med eget pentry! Finns gratis parkering i garage som var bra då det är centralt, men smala platser. Vi har suv och fick bara plats när det var en ledig plats brevid. Frukosten var snål. Jag och sambon gick olika tider och knappt något fylldes på, det enda var nog äggröra, men de ställdes bara fram en burk med plättar som tog slut långt innan frukosten stängdes. Men fräscht och fint hotell ändå.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Neubau im Innenhof mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern mit Sitzecke und Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank etc. verfügbar. Kleinigkeiten können optimiert werden, z.B. steht in der Sitzecke eine Stehlampe für die aber weit und breit keine Steckdose gibt. Lesen in der Sitzecke geht daher nicht. Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes.
