Great Stay

Lovely place. Well located, super clean and stocked with everything we needed (from bedding to towels, and all kitchen wares). Loved the area. Walkable to lots of restaurants! Would stay again!

Great location!

Wonderfully new and modern condo! Perfect location that was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Well stocked home for cooking meals and took advantage of many of the Xplorie free perks!

Beautiful new build

We had a wonderful time and Winter Park Stays was wonderful to work with. It was ease to check in and out. Their communication was excellent! Highly recommend!

Clean and conformable

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a homy feel. Close to Lyft and an easy ride, however the hot tub was packed the first day but we compensated by snuggling up by the fireplace while watching tv and playing games.

Clean, bright

Accurately represented, clean, well-stocked kitchen. 1 hot tub for all the units not enough. Tried to use it twice, too crowded. Loud right on US40 but no issue sleeping. Shuttle stop right across street to ski area!

Hot tub across the street

Beautiful condo, but misleading listing. The 2 pools are in fact located at the Rec center which is not walking distance. The huge hot tub is nice, but across the street from the property. The hot tub is listed to seem it's private, but it is not. Lots of stairs to the condo as it is located above businesses. Master bedroom has a lot of highway traffic all through the night.

Great townhouse!

Property was great! They did a great job at adding lots of little things that made it a fantastic place! (Games, towels, toiletries, laundry soap/basic kitchen condiments were there from previous guests.) The only things we didn’t love was the noise from the road and the inconvenient check in/out times. Would be nice to have an earlier time in the afternoon or later time in the morning, but we knew that upon booking so we took the chance. Location is close to all, but with being right next to main road it was very noisy, especially with windows open in the summer.

Winter Park Getaway

Super clean “downtown” condo with balcony views of Main Street and mountains. We didn't drive once we parked and settled in because coffee, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, a market, and hikes were all within walking distance. We appreciate it being pet friendly so we could bring our pup. It's a really nice weekend getaway in the mountains. Afternoon rain showers made rainbows for us, too. To note: the street noise at night is quite loud, so if you're a light sleeper, it might not be ideal. Also, there are detailed instructions about every single thing…except how to locate and/or access the hot tub. This was the only unfortunate part of the stay. Be sure to take advantage of the discounted coffee, ice cream, and other services!

Wonderful Stay

The loft was great well appointed. It had everything we needed and is conveniently located short drive or shuttle ride from the Resort. The only suggestion I would have is that one of the beds should be a queen bed both beds are full size beds which was too small.

Winter getaway

Beautiful property, central location. This is on the main highway so expect noise. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Our “assigned parking spot” was taken so we had to park in the covered garage down the street. Also the codes to get into the building and the bedroom are very challenging as the lockbox is very sensitive and there's 2 seven digit codes. Very annoying! Management is quick to respond and free perks were nice.

Amazing Stay

Great Location

With the mountain closed staying right in town was so convenient for safe dining options, great trails and feeling a part of the community. The traffic noise at night and the hidden costs of booking - cleaning fees more than a night stay are my only complaints.

Location too noisy for a summer stay

PROS: The condo was tastefully appointed and very clean. Our family of 3 and 2 dogs were very comfortable in the space; lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, tools, and dishes you may need to cook meals. It was super convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were comfortable. Ample storage in the closets. Towels were thick, unlike some of the thin junky towels you would get at other places. The condo is within walking distance to EVERYTHING, including two markets. Water pressure in the showers were low, but I doubt there's anything one can do about that. The keyless app used to get into the building and unit (called LATCH) is iffy. We struggled a bit, and saw others experience the same. Even with its central location, it is very difficult to get a good night's sleep During the summer. There's no AC in the condo, so you need to keep the windows open to cool it down. You hear all the traffic and what sounds like a train (?) during the late hours of the night/early morning. Super noisy. I'm sure it would be different during the winter months.

Christmas vacay

This is the best location in winter park. Our modern apartment had everything we needed to make dinner and stay in. Though the hi tech lock situation was pretty cool it was hard to have other people in our party get in without my phone. They were able to allow another member access to latch but i wish there was a key just in case. Other than that I was so pleasantly surprised by how cute and convenient our spot was! Thank you! Will be back!

there Is no pool at the property, it’s a picture of the rec center...not sure why this pic is even a part of this rental. There is no way to lock the door on the inside to keep children from pulling on the handle and leaving the apartment.

Few comments

We had a wonderful family stay at Winter Park. Loved the apartment. The kitchen is well taken care of with all the equipment, it even has a slow cooker that I used to make chili while we were on a hike. It wasn't always easy to get in as the keypad is very sensitive. Take into account that across the street from the appartment is a big outdoor space that's used for outdoor concerts on weekends. They play on a Saturday till midnight. The traffic sounds from a very busy street can also be heard even if the windows are closed. Would definitely recommend this place, but it's too bad they didn't put in better soundproof windows.
