"First time stay at this hotel in FC. Love the location in downtown FC, loved the music theme and nostalgia with the record player in the room, staff was kind and attentive, area around hotel safe, easy parking, great restaurant right on property, coffee in the lobby in the a.m., easy self (paid) parking, clean rooms, and bed was fairly comfy. It’s bigger than standard boutique hotels, but does still give that boutique feel. The ‘terrace’ room that’s extra is a bit misleading by the pics, but still nice to open door for fresh air. If it’s cold or windy, wouldn’t say it’s worth it. I think the best part is the trendy lobby, close restaurant and location to downtown vibes! "

"The staff was outstanding - friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The location is definitely a little off the beaten bath - not convenient to anything. The hotel could definitely use a renovation/spruce-up - it looks and feels very dated. A young kid was running back and forth in his hotel room above us and we heard every single step, even with our sound machine on. The staff may wish to try putting guests in main floor rooms beneath vacant rooms or rooms without families, at least."

"Winnie was great and very timely when communicating with us. The townhome was perfect for what we needed. Every amenity you could need was included—fully functioning kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, two clean full bathrooms, and loved having the one car garage. We had plenty of room to hangout and never felt on top of each other. Thanks for the hospitality, Winnie!!!"

"The whole hotel has a strong smell of marajuana. The breakfast was completely wiped out by a group of kids on a sports team and even though we waited it was never refilled. The coffee was cold and not refilled in the lobby. Just not a good experience at all."
