"Staff at hotel were amazing. Location is a bit sketchy due to soup kitchen across the street but we didnt have any issues while we were there. The odd wanderer in the courtyard using (illegal substances) but were quickly removed by police. Close walk to downtown life and casino and river. For the price overall was a great stay. Would recommend"

"There needs to be a place for cigarette smokers to throw their butts away. Because the property was so clean, I noticed the butts right away. Nobody wants to clean up behind inconsiderate people. I was shocked that there was no elevator. For that reason I wouldn’t stay there again. I’m 70 years old and had to drag my luggage up and down the stairs."
