"The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff were excellent, breakfast was amazing, and the location great! It is situated near the waterfront, several bars and restaurants, and a short drive across the border and to points of interest in the Southern Ontario and Detroit areas."

"Rooms would clean and well maintained. Fresh paint would be nice idea and the pool could use some LTC. But those are never a deal breaker. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and smiling. They have always made us feel like family, they kinda know our faces. Super 8 is always our first choice when we travel to Windsor. The continental breakfast they offer is great. Lots of choices. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Lots of parking. Super 8 will always be the place i go for some R & R in Windsor. After a bowling tournament and then the casino. This Super 8 will always be the place I go for some R & R in Windsor."

"Try this revised version instead — Hotels.com likely flagged the mention of staff names, exact price, and medical details. My elderly parents stayed at this hotel after a long drive and were extremely disappointed by the experience. The room was dirty, smelled unpleasant, had stained furniture, dirty windows, and an overall unclean and poorly maintained appearance. The outside view and surrounding area were also very unpleasant. When they went to the front desk to politely explain the issues and ask for assistance, they felt dismissed and treated disrespectfully by staff. Rather than showing concern or attempting to resolve the problem professionally, their concerns were not taken seriously, which made the situation even more upsetting. As senior citizens, they were simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to rest for the night, but instead left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disrespected. The overall experience did not reflect the level of cleanliness, professionalism, or hospitality expected from a Holiday Inn property. Management should take guest concerns more seriously, especially when it comes to room cleanliness and respectful customer service. Very disappointing experience overall."
