"I like waking up with the sound of the birds, not like from the noise that one experience in town. Its isolation makes it more nice as a place to relax from all the fatigue of stresses and hotness. The lodge is really a place one can go just to relax for two or three days.
I took game driving about was not really satisfied as we did not see many animals but the driver was really good and have a best customer service one could offer. "
"A beautiful location in the centre of Windhoek. Friendly staff, comfortable living area, and great service. Two of the taps were loose in the bathroom but apart from that we wish we’d stayed for longer!"

5/5 Excellent
"Very comfortable rooms in a stylish complex set in a secure compound. There is a dining courtyard beside the adjacent Mercure Hotel which is a pleasant place to sit and relax.
The hotel is a little inconveniently located, though, and you'd need a car or to take taxis to get into the city centre.
Also, be aware that it is not beside the main international airport, but next to a domestic terminal catering to Cessnas and the like. This error didn't affect me, as I had a vehicle, but if you are relying on walking to the international airport in the morning, you'll have a problem as it's 37 kilometres away.
Also, don't order the Caesar Salad - the chef put so much dressing on the lettuce that it was a ghastly soggy mess.
Overall, highly recommended.
