Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bed linens on the beds. Please place all dirty bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths in the laundry bins in the 1st floor bathroom next to the washer/dryer.
Turn off all air conditioning units and/or set all heat thermostats to 55 degrees.
Please remove all trash from the house and outdoor spaces. Bag all garbage and recycling and place bags in the bins provided. Return all chairs and tables to their original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
