"The property was nice but in need of repairs. The pool looks like a lot of fun for kids but it was closed. The steam room and sauna are not running at this time of the year but if you want to use them you have to let reception know at least 15 minutes in advance so they can get it ready for you. We ended up not using them and went across the street to the hot springs. I imagine this place gets busier during the summer months. It was almost empty at this time of year which was nice for us."

"This property was lovely! The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room appeared to have been fairly recently updated and was extremely clean and well set up. My only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable. All 3 of us that stayed woke up very stiff and sore. If the mattresses were upgraded/improved, I’d stay here every time!"

"The room was very clean. No concerns with cleanliness at all. It was very hard to get a hold of the front desk. The phone line says they are open from 9-8pm, yet I couldn’t get through the whole day prior to our stay. Office is actually only open from 4-7pm, so if you need anything outside of those hours, you're out of luck."
