Fair Rigg by Cradel Haus

Fair Rigg is a stunning, traditional Lakeland stone building on the edge of Bowness-on-Windermere, offering an exceptional retreat for larger groups. Normally arranged as four ultra-luxurious apartments, the property can now be taken as one exclusive rental, providing the perfect balance of shared spaces and private accommodations.

Each apartment has received countless 5-star reviews when let individually, with guests praising the impeccable design, comfort, and attention to detail. Now, you can enjoy the full property for your group, creating a truly special place to gather and unwind.

The largest of the four, Windermere, is a spacious duplex apartment with three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a super-king, a king, and a double, each dressed in premium 200TC Egyptian cotton linens. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a family bathroom available for the third. The large kitchen/diner is ideal for group meals, while the large lounge includes a king-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

Wainwright, located on the ground floor, features two luxurious bedrooms—a super-king and a king—as well as a stylish living room equipped with a king-sized sofa bed, a smart TV, and super-fast WiFi. Its fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end Neff appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a washing machine, ensuring all the comforts of home.
