About this property
Boston House - A great celebration house at the heart of the English Lake District.
- Boston House, sleeps 15 in 7 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. This classic Lake District house has a large kitchen, 7-seat hot tub in a private area and a 15-seat cinema in the cellar. Located close to Windermere the property is ideally placed for walking into the village with all of its cafes, restaurants and bars.
The house features a lounge with large leather Chesterfield sofas, Smart TV and a living flame gas fire. The dining room seats up to 15 guests. The large kitchen has a central island unit, a large electric range cooker, 2 dishwashers and everything you need to cook up a splendid meal for your guests. The cellar is home to our 15-seat cinema with 75 inch Smart TV. Upstairs there are 7 bedrooms, 5 are ensuite, there are 2 separate bathrooms one on each floor.
Outside there is a rear courtyard garden with a private 7-seat hot tub. At the front of the property, there is parking for up to 8 cars. There is access to a fast EV charger located on the wall of the maintenance building.
We welcome up to 4 dogs at the property. There is an additional charge per dog, which can be added at check-out.
