Located on the 3rd floor of the famous Belle Epoque building "Grand Hôtel", this well-renovated apartment offers panoramic views of the entire beach: from Cap Gris Nez to the Boulogne lighthouse. The sea is at your feet!

Large apartment ideal for family or 2 couples with children: 6 people (possible 8).

The area is 87m2 with 7 windows with sea view! The apartment includes 2 bedrooms (with a double bed + 1 folding bed in each room), 1 living room of 35m2 (living room + dining room), 1 independent fitted kitchen, 1 shower room with WC, 1 entrance and plenty of storage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the famous "Grand Hôtel" in Wimereux. Access is by the period elevator. It faces west, facing the sea.

In order to allow you to spend a comfortable holiday, we provide you with all the equipment: free wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, children's games (console, beach games), and for older children, a bar with breathtaking 180 ° sea view!

The furniture and accessories are new. The bedding is also new: 2 double beds, 2 folding beds and 1 sofa bed in the living room with duvet and pillow.

Maintenance products as well as basic necessities (salt / pepper, vinegar / oil, herbs, flour, sugar ...), dish towels and hand towels are provided; but also some pasta / rice if you arrive late ... Think of us, restock;)

Internet is included in the rental price and available at will.
The charges are included up to an average consumption (beyond a supplement will be requested)

If you wish cleaning or household linen (sheets + towels), in supplements, we invite you to contact our concierge.

The parking lots around the residence are free.
Possibility to put bikes in the interior courtyard on a support (to be attached with padlock).

The building is located on the Wimereux dike, facing the sea. It is 5 minutes walk from shops (city center) where the main street welcomes you with its many traders and services. Put your car down and do everything on foot!

The dike, located under your windows, with its typical Wimereusian, its restaurants, its beach huts and its sailing club, is one of the most popular places to stroll in the region! The building is also a starting point for many hikes on the coastal paths.

L'immeuble est très beau, avec une vue imprenable sur la digue et la mer. Cependant, quelques points ont terni notre séjour :Appartement fonctionnel mais sans âme : L'ameublement semble bon marché et manque de chaleur.Problèmes d'isolation : Les bruits des voisins du haut étaient audibles jour et nuit.Eau chaude limitée: Après un seul bain, plus d'eau chaude pour un appartement destiné à recevoir jusqu'à 6 personnes.Suppléments surprises : Draps : 20 par lit Ménage : 50 Décompte annoncé pour "chauffage excessif"Conclusion : Un lieu idéal pour profiter de la mer, mais à améliorer sur le confort et la transparence tarifaire.

Traumhafte Lage, traumhafter Blick..un dann

Um es vorweg zu nehmen: wir machen fast ausschließlich Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen und das in Frankreich. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Residence. Zwei Mal vor der Renovierung in einer kleineren Wohnung. Nun unserer Resümee: Die Größe der Wohnung, die Aufteilung und der unglaubliche Blick aus der dritten Etage auf das Meer und die Promenade sind einfach grandios!!! Nun folgen unsrer Kritik Punkte, die nicht nur der Wohnung gelten: Die Parkplatz Situation war immer schon schwierig: Die Neuerung: es ist bis zu 30,- Euro teurer, für 4 Stunden zu parken. Vor dem Gebäude kann aber be,- und entladen werden. Kostenfreie Parkplätzen in ca. 1 km. Der Zugang ist knifflig aber sicher und gut durchdacht. Zur Wohnung: Es ist nicht zu übersehen, dass diese Wohnung gerne und oft gemietet wird, und dass andere Vormieter nicht sorgfältig mit der Küchen Ausstattung umgehen.( Pfannen nicht gespült, Kochlöffel unsauber mit Käseresten, ebenso der Backofen, ganz zu schweigen von stinkenden Müllresten im Mülleimer.) Das Wasser in der Espresso Maschine hatte gefühlt schon Algen angesetzt. Die Filterkaffee Maschine war (aufgrund des sehr kalkhaltigenWassers)unbrauchbar, da verkalkt. Dies gilt auch für die Dusche, die kaum Wasser durchließ. Das wirklich eklige war der Gestank aller Abflüsse (dies ist ein Problem des alten Hauses) Eklig ebenso: Kopfkissen, welche nach den Vornutzern riechen. Fenster schließen schlecht, Rolläden klappern enorm laut. Sehr hellhörig.

fijn verblijf in wimereux

zeer goed gelegen apartement met zeezicht op de derde verdieping direct aan de zeedijk in Wimereux. Grote leefruimte, 2 ruime slaapkamers en een kleinere keuken. Alles in prima staat en goed onderhouden. Contact met de concierge verliep zonder problemen. Gemakkelijke toegang via deur code en sleutelkastje.

Amazing location, parking is based on luck!

Check in was easy, the beds are super comfy and we had a great stay with the sound of the sea lulling us to bed. There are a few negatives to just note: Parking in high season can be hard to find, we had to drive a few rounds and park a bit further away some days The shower is weak, the tap to run the bath doesn't work, only showering is possible and the water pressure is low Needed to buy bin bags and toilet rolls but this is not an issue, something to just take note, probably something that is common anyway. We had a great stay, oyster shucking knife and also the things to open seafood shells are there, great to buy seafood and enjoy the view or at least, sound of the sea at the dining table. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Le bâtiment se trouve sur la digue. L'appartement est lumineux et la vue est superbe. La pièce de vie est spacieuse est bien agencée. On y trouve l'essentiel en équipement. Nous avons passé un super week-end.

Top Uitzicht

We hadden een fijn verblijf. Het uitzicht is Top, het appartement heel ruim. Een paar opmerkingen: toilet spoelt moeilijk door (er moest steeds nagespoeld worden met een emmer , kranen bad moeilijk te bedienen, geur in de keuken door shiffon, potten en pannen niet echt netjes... Indien dit kan verholpen worden zou dat een grote meerwaarde zijn...

Certainement la plus belle vue de la digue de wimereux !

Vue incroyable, appartement spacieux, bien équipé . Bien situé aussi, tout près de la rue commerçante. Vacances « tout confort »garanties. Merci à Mme Muller pour son accueil téléphonique très aimable.
