Beautiful 30 m² duplex apartment with a balcony, facing east/west, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence in Wimereux with a private parking space.

Located close to shops (200 m from a supermarket, 5 minutes by car from the Wimereux Golf Course, the town center, and the seafront promenade), this apartment will charm you with its brightness and breathtaking sea views.

Well laid out, it comprises, on the ground floor, a living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a sofa bed for two.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm) and a bathroom (bathtub).
