"Wonderful hotel! Exceeded our expectations by far! From check in to check out, everything was easy and great! Front desk was very welcoming and always helpful. Room was much bigger than expected, very clean and quiet. We booked the King room with kitchen and living room, was so worth it! Very spacious and nice setup with full size fridge, sink and counter area and table with seats. Exactly what we needed and more. It was also nice that the bedroom was separate with its own door. We didn’t try the food or bar but looked nice as well. Great hotel, definitely recommend and will stay again when in Lubbock. "

"The hotel was decent overall — comfortable bed, good location, and friendly front desk staff. However, the cleaning between nights was disappointing. The room wasn’t refreshed properly, and it seemed like housekeeping rushed through. With better attention to cleanliness during multi-night stays, this could be a much better experience."
