"Everything surpassed our expectations. Words don't do the stunning views of the Big Lake justice; whether the brilliant sunsets, or the glow of the morning Sun, it's better than the pictures!Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was also a huge highlight.As was the fire pit, both that morning and at night! It's close to town and multiple restaurants, grocery store and areas of interest.And is a great launching pad for day trips to do some.Hiking or more coastal viewing! The hosts are available if needed, and provided a multitude of great insights as to some local spots, places to eat drink and sites to see!We had an amazing time here and would definitely come back!"

"This place is truly one of a kind. I’ve stayed here before with my husband in the first floor room and it was amazing and this time we brought our kids and stayed in the family room on the top floor and it was no less amazing. The room was great and they’d thought of everything. Yes, older properties can have a few quirks, but that just adds to the charm in my opinion. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and they were very accommodating for the kids and they also offer snacks all day long which my kids probably ate most of! My daughter and husband enjoyed playing chess in the dining room and all my kids loved the experience and will be talking about it for some time! Great place to stay in Ludington!! "
